
SaaS Business Development Manager
IT TRP is looking for a bright and ambitious SaaS Business Development Manager to help accelerate our growth across Europe and beyond. This role is all about opening doors, generating pipeline, and identifying high-potential opportunities where our innovative SaaS products can make a real impact.
You’ll work closely with senior sales, marketing, and product teams to craft compelling outreach and drive early-stage conversations with prospective clients. 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in SaaS or technology-led environments
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing creative outreach strategies to build pipeline and generate qualified leads
- Identifying new accounts and engaging decision-makers across multiple industries
- Driving prospecting activity – including cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, and targeted campaigns
- Supporting early-stage sales conversations and helping shape tailored solution pitches
- Collaborating with senior sales colleagues on key deals, learning how to navigate longer sales cycles
- Sharing insights from the field with product and marketing to continuously refine our approach
