Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design (Primary Focus)

  • Create social media creatives, marketing assets, and branding materials
  • Design logos, brand identity elements, and visual guidelines
  • Ensure consistency across all digital platforms
  • Develop thumbnails, banners, and campaign creatives

Video Creation and Editing (Secondary but Important)

  • Produce high-quality videos from concept to final output
  • Edit short-form and long-form content
  • Incorporate motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and effects
  • Create trend-based content with strong hooks and storytelling

Social Media Content Support

  • Collaborate on content ideas and visual direction
  • Design post creatives aligned with video campaigns
  • Stay updated with design and content trends

App Testing (Optional Add-on)

  • Perform basic testing of web and mobile applications
  • Report bugs and usability issues clearly
  • Provide feedback on user experience improvements

Required Skills:

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
  • Solid video editing skills using tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar
  • Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout
  • Ability to follow and create brand guidelines
  • Understanding of social media formats and trends

Preferred Skills:

  • Motion graphics experience
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX and tools like Figma
  • Experience with content planning and strategy
