We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect – TSM to lead architecture and solution delivery for a large-scale telecom transformation program. The role focuses on end-to-end ServiceNow TSM design, OSS/BSS integrations, and governance aligned with ITIL and ITOM standards.

Salary Range:

£500 - £690 per day

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Experience:

10+ years in enterprise software architecture and implementation

Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive technical architecture, roadmap, and solution design for ServiceNow TSM
  • Lead implementation of Telecom Network Inventory, Product Catalog, and Service Order Management
  • Architect and oversee integrations with OSS/BSS systems via REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs
  • Enforce platform governance, best practices, code reviews, and standards
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business objectives
  • Mentor development teams and support platform scalability and optimization

Required Skills:

  • ServiceNow TSM, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM expertise
  • Telecom operations and service assurance knowledge
  • OSS/BSS systems and integrations
  • Strong programming and scripting skills (JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, Flow Designer)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Telecom domain certifications
  • Experience with large-scale telecom transformations
  • Knowledge of network lifecycle management and NOC operations
