Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML, data platform, and cloud modernization programs across engineering and business teams.
• Manage Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and PI planning activities.
• Partner with architects, technical leads, and engineers to convert technical designs into executable delivery plans.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering architecture, infrastructure, development, data, security, testing, and release activities.
• Coordinate technical dependencies across applications, cloud platforms, integrations, infrastructure, and data systems.
• Participate actively in architecture and technical planning discussions to identify delivery risks, constraints, and trade-offs.
• Manage release planning and deployment activities across CI/CD pipelines and Dev/Test/Prod environments.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to scalability, security, data quality, system performance, and environment readiness.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC processes, governance standards, audit requirements, and enterprise delivery frameworks.
• Provide regular project status reporting, risk updates, and executive-level communication to technical and business stakeholders.
• Support budget management, vendor coordination, and commercial delivery alignment.
• Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks including GDPR, SOC2, and ISO standards.

Required Skills:

• 4 to 8 years of experience in Technical Project Management or Technical Delivery Management roles.
• Proven experience delivering AI/ML, cloud modernization, or data platform transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes for cloud, AI, and data-driven systems.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms, data pipelines, AI/ML workflows, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines, release management, and multi-environment deployments.
• Strong technical dependency management, milestone planning, and delivery risk assessment skills.
• Experience managing budgets, vendor coordination, and enterprise delivery governance.
• Knowledge of compliance and governance standards including GDPR, SOC2, and ISO frameworks.
• Ability to engage effectively with architects, senior engineers, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
• Fluent Japanese language proficiency (mandatory).
• Business-level English communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working within enterprise-scale cloud transformation or digital modernization programs.
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, PMP, or PRINCE2 methodologies.
• Exposure to enterprise AI platforms, MLOps, and large-scale data engineering environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional global delivery teams.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and enterprise platform engineering practices.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or telecommunications.
